Notes:
  1. - Cost exclude taxes, valid till 31st March, 2025.
  2. - Fees is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  3. - For workshops/webinars outside India, USD rates will be applicable.
  4. - Workshop dates, once confirmed, cannot be changed.
  5. - If we choose to not conduct the workshop (solely at our discretion), full amount will be refunded.
  6. - Engagement only as speaker. No association or promotions.
  7. - Our team will do the briefing call and/ or tech-check where needed.

Requirements
  • Payment for webinars 1 week in advance and for in-person workshops at least 1 month in advance.
  • For workshops outside of Mumbai the following has to be provided as per our specification:
    • Business class airfare. Economy class airfare for Rujuta's assistant.
    • Accommodation in five star hotel.
    • Pick up and Drop to the airport.
  • Our prior approval in writing is required to get any sponsor on board. No food products/wellness related sponsors. 
  • The following details have to be provided before the event:
    • Number of invitees for the workshop
    • Audience profile
    • Details of the Venue
    • Media involvement (if any)
2. Community outreach

Rujuta and her team conduct free of cost workshops for govt. organizations, govt aided schools/colleges/hospitals and grassroot level social organizations, to spread awareness about eating right and exercising. These are 30 min webinars that include a talk followed by a Q&A session. Would request you to get in touch with us atleast 2 months in advance.
